Tutor in Bethesda, Maryland

I am available to tutor people of all ages in English, writing and test prep. This includes high school-college coursework in history, social studies and English courses, general essay writing and rhetorical skills. Also, any aid needed in college application essays and relevant sections of the ACT, SAT and GED tests can be provided. For the proposed services I will travel and meet you at the location of your choosing (private residence, library, or restaurant) around the DMV on afternoons and evenings Monday-Friday. Weekend session can potentially be negotiated and prices will be determined prior to our first meeting. I will be reasonable with prices, just tell me what your expectations are. About me: I am a recent graduate of Towson University with a degree in English:Writing. I am planning to go back to school next year for my Masters in Education and am seeking to work with students as a tutor in the meantime because I genuinely enjoy it and could use the extra income. It is my pleasure to work with students who may have little or no interest in their schoolwork or desire to be tutored by me as it is to work with highly motivated pupils who just need a little extra help. I once hated school and had little desire to learn, I can relate to these types of students on a deeply personal level and would be happy to work with them.
