Tutor in South Lake Tahoe, California

I am a 22 year old male who graduated from The University of California, Santa Barbara this June. I received my major in Biology, but I have been highly educated in Chemistry, Math, and Physics as well. I took AP Calculus, Chemistry, and Physics in high school and received a 5 on the Calculus exam. I was able to achieve in college by holding mach tutoring sessions with my classmates in which I would learn by teaching the material to them. I am a understanding, patient person with a propensity to identify the best way to teach a person. I understand that every student learns in their own way. I always needed to do a few problems to solidify the technique in my head. However, some students don't need that, they may need to see it done or hear it explained. I am very capable of helping any student understand a concept, even if it takes some extra effort. I am also highly adept and working with computers. I built my own computer from the ground up in High School and I was responsible for making sure our retail computers ran smoothly at my college job with Red Wing Shoe Co. I specialize in Windows but have decent Mac knowledge as well. I will be moving to Lake Tahoe the week after Thanksgiving and I will be available on a flexible schedule including weekends and nights.
