I recently graduated from a top 20 university with expertise in math, science, business and writing courses. I have been tutoring for the past ten years, but I am looking forward to working with new students. I have experience tutoring middle and high school level mathematics, science, writing, grammar, and literature. I scored well on standardized testing (35 on the ACT) and have experience tutoring students for SAT, ACT, AP and GED exams. Whether you need to learn the basics or are wanting to learn more advanced concepts, I am here to help.

I find tutoring satisfying because I love the joy it brings when students learn and understand concepts that they previously struggled with. I not only want you to learn, but I also want you to enjoy the process along the way. I am prepared to be patient and resilient and work with you until you are satisfied. I promise to be well prepared for our tutoring sessions and help you gain the skills to work confidently and independently.

In terms of my qualifications and experience, I completed my high school math courses on an accelerated curriculum, received departmental awards and received AP credit for Calculus AB. I have completed honors mathematics coursework at the collegiate level as well. My science background included collegiate courses in Biology, Microbiology, Physiology, and Ecology. I have also tutored middle school and high school mathematics and have experience doing GED tutoring in these subjects. In regards to reading comprehension, grammar and writing, I have taken AP courses and rigorous honors courses at a top 20 university. I am confident that we can work together to improve your skills in these subjects.
