I am a licensed speech/language therapist. I hold a bachelors degree in psychology and education and my masters in speech/language/hearing sciences. I work for a school district full time during the year and have my summer off to tutor children of all ages and offer private speech/language therapy services. I have experience tutoring students who need help in reading comprehension, expressive language skills, Vocabulary, phonemic awareness (spelling skills), and a wide variety of other language skills needed to thrive in the school setting. I currently work with middle schoolers but have experience working with children ages 3 to 21. I have many years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum, children with language learning delays, and learning disabilities. If you would like some extra help for your child over the summer to get him/her ready for the school year, then do not hesitate to contact me. Your child will get a highly experienced and educated tutor or private speech/language therapist, depending on your needs.
