I have worked with a number of students with different strengths and weaknesses. I have learned to administer different styles of teaching to help each student. I completed a workshop in “Instructional Skills in University Teaching and Learning.” This workshop included intensive, yet practical, exercises in learning-centered teaching. It gave me the opportunity to experiment with new methods and teaching approaches. It helped me build my skills, genuinely develop confidence and form partnerships with colleagues from other disciplines So, chemistry is my thing, but I can also teach mathematics, at the high school level. I can also teach to read & write! I've taught my younger siblings to read & write, and some of my neighbours.
