Tutor in London, Ontario

I am a certified Ontario teacher working for Thames Valley District School Board. Recently, I spent two years living and working in England, teaching Literacy (reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, poetry, story structure, story writing, persuasive writing etc) to students ages 7-9. My education degree includes a specialization in teaching English to Intermediate/Senior aged students, which covers grades 7-12. When I am not teaching, I help run a theatre company for young people ages 6-18. We produce six plays and/or musicals each year. Our participants learn valuable public speaking skills, confidence, how to read music and general reading fluency. I am excited to offer tutoring in reading, writing, comprehension skills, literacy test prep, public speaking skills and essay writing. Currently, I am available Wed-Fri from 330-800pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 900am-500pm. In June, my availability opens up!
