Tutor Job in Salem, Oregon

I'm a retired physician with much of my early career spent in hispanic countries of North America (Mexico), Central America and Northern South America (selective sites in Colombia/Peru). In addition, I studied and worked in Miami and San Antonio, Texas. I would like to refresh with both grammatically correct reading/writing but also, especially, with conversational Spanish relevant to tourism and perhaps medical services.
