I am Barrister Manuel Ulrich,a licensed Tutor sourcing agent here in Sweden. I and my team connect and evaluate students in need of Tutors from various schools in Sweden,through their parents(families)who are mostly expatriates,Diplomats and top business officials. Currently we are searching for qualified online Tutors with a great passion for tutoring students who are eager to learn. Subjects to be taught include: English Language(ESL) French Language Mathematics Students to be taught:- Age range: 11-18 Current number of students in need of Tutors: 32(more are still registering) Level: Beginners and intermediate in different subjects. Please note that students are grouped according to their respective levels and abilities. Basic academic requirements from Tutors: Bachelor's Degree and any certificate/qualification related to the field(subject) of expertise. Other requirements: Any Tutor who happens to be successful after the evaluation/interview process will be required to visit Sweden for the following reasons: a. Orientation b. Training c. Sign hard copy of contract d. Formal instructions,negotiations/dialogue prior to job commencement online. Visit duration is two weeks.Return flight tickets paid by the employer.Salary/Payment is negotiable. Please be notified that you will be creating a schedule that works for both you and your students. Your earning potential is purely based on the number of students you choose to work with,and how often you meet with them. Tutors have the flexibility of maintaining their own student schedules according to the needs and goals of each student and the time you have to commit. You can tutor as much or as little as you like depending on your needs and availability. During your two weeks visit to Sweden,as mentioned earlier, training will be provided to show you how you can use our proprietary, adaptive curriculum platform to customize instruction and meet each student’s specific learning needs and goals.You’ll have access to assessment tools,instructional learning plans, academic skill building content,progress tracking reports and more!
