About me: My name is Katia and I was born and raised in Guatemala City and have lived in the United states for 16 years. I served 4 ½ years in the Air Force and held a job that required me to interact with 13 different countries. I am a junior at UC Denver studying International Business. I have a broad understanding of the Hispanic/Latino culture and can provide personal experience. You can only learn so much from a book or a second language Spanish speaker, however, I can provide you with the knowledge and skills that can only be obtained from a Native.
