Greetings! Education is the most important part in the life of a child. It is hard, these days, for children to keep up with the fast paced academics; many instances they require help from a tutor. A tutor can provide children with extra help in many subjects. I believe, as a tutor, I can help parents and teachers in this endeavor. My tutoring style helps the student by using various methods to learn. I do many subjects and can help with basic homework, PSAT/SAT, and/or ACT in preparation for the test. Not only do I tutor many subjects, but can tutor elementary, middle school and high school subjects. I like to work in conjunction with the parents as well as the teachers. I have had training w/my own tutoring business, Hidden Potentials, Smart Teacher/Smart Student and did an Education piece with the AmeriCorps Program called 21st Century Scholars. As an AmeriCorps Member I did a program at an Elementary School called "Pumsy in Pursuit of Excellence." If you are interested and your child(ren) need help, please email me at the address provided.
